Our membership card requires a Photo of your face, similar to a passport photo.

We ask for either two (2) physical photo's to be mailed

Or, optionally, you may email two (2) different digital photo's, either as scanned images or from a digital camera.

Photo Requirements:

• The picture should have a plain light coloured background (white, beige, etc),
• The person's face fills most of the photo.  Upper shoulders may be visible.
• The person should not be wearing any head or face coverings.
• Unlike passport photo's, smiles are acceptable :).
• A physical mailed photo should have dimensions of not larger than 35x35mm
• A digital photo may be emailed,
  • If scanned, the image is of at least 300dpi resolution, or
  • at least 2megapixel (eg. 1920x1080 pixels) resolution from a digital camera
  • the image file(s) should be in either PNG or JPEG file format.
